Veneers

Dental veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-coloured ceramic designed to cover the front surface of your teeth to improve their appearance. These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth changing their color, shape, size, or length.

Unlike crowns, which surround the entire tooth, a veneer is placed only on the front surface of the tooth and due to a veneer being so thin, very minimal or even no prep of the tooth is needed.

Veneers are used purely for aesthetic purposes such as, closing a gap between 2 front teeth or veneering teeth with unaesthetic shape and colour.
